Job Title: Project Manager - Public Sector (Hybrid)

Salary: Starting from €3,500 Gross (14 salaries, salary based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
- Lead project teams through all phases, ensuring customer expectations are met.
- Develop detailed project plans and track progress.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure optimal resource allocation and maintain project documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party suppliers for seamless execution.
Requirements:
- University degree in Information Systems or equivalent (Master's in Business Administration is a plus).
- 3-5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in Project Management within the Public Sector.
- Strong knowledge of IT project methodologies (requirements engineering, functional analysis, business/solution architecture).
- Project Management certification (Prince2, PMI, PMP, etc.) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills to simplify complex concepts for non-experts.
