Customer Service Account Manager

As a Customer Service Account Manager, you will be responsible for dealing with both inbound and outbound calling where you will manage a portfolio of personal clients. You will complete welcome calls, courtesy calls and reviews of their accounts
You will maintain data protection principles and ensure that best advice is always given to clients at all times. You must be happy to deal with a high number of calls and be able to manage you work accordingly. You will liaise with different teams across the company such as Creditor Liaison and Financial Solutions Retention.
Hours of work: 37.5
- 2 early days: 9-5
- 2 late days: 12-8
- Friday: 9-5
- Every other Saturday: 9-1
- Alternative option: You can do 4 long days and take Friday off
