Key Responsibilities

  • Managing relationships with Affiliates, Advertisers and Product Owners
  • Helping to grow revenue and affiliate marketing activity on the network
  • Researching and sourcing new affiliate opportunities and partners
  • Acquiring new partners to grow the outreach and size of the network
  • Analyzing traffic sources and working directly with clients to maximize the ROI on campaigns
  • Deliver regular progress and activity reports on campaigns
  • Keeping Affiliates up to date with the latest company news and offers
  • Collaborate with the internal creative teams to create affiliate marketing materials
  • Communicating with the team to find the best solutions for affiliate partners
  • Overseeing affiliate campaigns within the candidates set verticals
  • Deliver affiliate marketing reports to senior management
  • Initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and bonuses for the affiliate scheme
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and that incoming payments arrive on time from Advertisers

Key Skills

  • At least one year of experience within the affiliate marketing industry
  • Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms and programmes
  • Good working knowledge of major analytics programmes like Google Analytics
  • A good understanding of tracking technology
  • Passion for affiliate marketing and the wider digital marketing industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – including presenting and reporting
  • Excellent people and partnership management skills
  • Strong Excel and numerical skills
  • Strong team management and partnership management skills
  • Effective sales and negotiation skills
  • Driven and results-orientated
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
